By buying a slot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not buy a slot.

A slot is a position in a public list. Position is determined by one thing only: the total US dollars committed to that listing, all time, highest first. Where two listings are level, the older one holds the higher position.

That is the entire product. A slot is advertising space. It is not a review, a rating, an endorsement, a recommendation, a security audit, a verification, or any statement by us about the listed party.

This board advertises projects, products and services. It does not advertise tradeable assets.

You may not use a listing to invite, induce or encourage anyone to buy, sell or hold a token or any other investment. In particular, listings must not contain:

• contract addresses, token purchase instructions, or links to exchanges, swap venues or launchpads
• price, market capitalisation, returns, multiples, or predictions of any of these
• guarantees of any outcome, financial or otherwise
• anything presenting the listing as investment, financial, legal or tax advice

We apply automated checks for this and reject anything that fails them. Attempting to work around those checks is a breach of these terms and forfeits the payment.

Before a new listing appears we carry out a limited check. That check is confined to whether the link resolves, whether it matches the description given, and whether it obviously breaches the prohibited-content rules below.

Our review is expressly NOT: a security assessment, a check of whether the site is safe, a verification of any claim the listing makes, an investigation of who operates it, a due diligence exercise, or an endorsement of any kind. We do not audit smart contracts, we do not test for malware, and we do not verify identity, ownership, or solvency.

You should assume nothing about a listed party from the fact that it appears here, other than that it paid to appear.

We will reject, and may remove at any time without refund, any listing that:

• collects wallet credentials, seed phrases or private keys, or imitates a wallet connection flow
• impersonates another project, person, team or token
• uses link shorteners or redirect chains that hide the destination
• substitutes a chat invite for a product
• is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes anyone else’s rights

If you believe a listing is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, email hello@ibitechnologies.co.uk with the listing name and what is wrong with it.

We aim to review reports promptly and will remove listings we consider unlawful. Reporting something to us gives us knowledge of it, and we act on that knowledge; it does not make us responsible for having failed to know it earlier.

Slots are priced in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency or, where offered, by card via Stripe (card minimum $5).

For cryptocurrency, the exchange rate is fixed when you begin a payment and honoured for the stated window.

You are credited for the amount that actually arrives, converted at the rate you were quoted. Underpaying buys less position; overpaying buys more.

Blockchain payments are irreversible. We cannot reverse one and neither can you. Once a payment is final it is final.

There are two cases where we refund, both less the network fees involved:

• we reject your listing at review, and
• you asked for a specific position, did not get it because another payment was credited first, and choose a refund rather than topping up or accepting the lower position

Outside those two cases, payments are not refundable. If you are an individual buying otherwise than for business purposes, this does not affect any statutory cancellation right you may have.

We provide the board as it is. We do not promise any level of traffic, clicks, conversions, ranking duration, uptime, or commercial result.

We are not a party to anything between you and a listed project, and we are not responsible for a listed party’s conduct, content, products, tokens or solvency. If you click through to a third party, you deal with them at your own risk.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the board is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may remove any listing, refuse any submission, or stop operating the board at any time. Where we remove a listing for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused portion where it is practical to do so.

We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Changes apply to payments made after that date.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
